Because our products are often handmade, sourced naturally, or customized, slight variations may occur.

Order Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

All orders are subject to availability and verification. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing & Shipping

Processing time is approximately 5–7 business days.

Shipping time is approximately 3–5 business days after processing is completed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please do not book hair appointments until your order has been delivered and received. We are not responsible for missed appointments, salon fees, stylist fees, lost wages, or any other costs related to shipping delays.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs, lost packages, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

No Refunds / No Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances unless the incorrect item was sent by us.

Items that have been worn, brushed, combed, cut, colored, washed, altered, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for replacement.

If you believe you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.

Wig & Hair Care Disclaimer

Proper maintenance is required to preserve the quality and lifespan of hair products. Results may vary depending on installation, maintenance, coloring, bleaching, heat usage, and daily care.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, over-processing, chemical treatments, excessive heat, or third-party stylists.

Billing & Payment Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
